Kamran Joya is the founding attorney of Joya Law Firm, dedicated to advocating for immigrant rights. As a naturalized immigrant himself, he understands the complexities of immigration law. Licensed in New York, he practices immigration and music law federally, including in California, and focuses on automotive and employment law in New York. With a law degree from Brunel Law School, an LL.M. from the University of San Francisco School of Law, and extensive immigration training from the University of Dayton, Kamran is committed to providing strategic legal representation. His 20+ years in the automotive industry further enhance his legal clarity.

Fernanda Fonseca

Fernanda Fonseca is a dedicated legal professional with a strong background in justice studies and paralegal training. She brings several years of experience supporting individuals and families through legal processes, most recently at the Alameda County Family Justice Center, where she has worked closely with clients navigating complex and sensitive legal matters. Fernanda holds a Bachelor of Science in Justice Studies with a Minor in Spanish from San José State University, along with a Paralegal Certificate from Chabot College. Her bilingual skills and compassionate approach allow her to serve clients with empathy and diligence. Outside of work, Fernanda enjoys staying active through exercise and soccer, spending quality time with her family, and taking long walks with her dog.
